The best ideas in this industry come from candid conversations between people building in parallel. That is what the AI Happy Hour is for: a private, no-agenda room for founders and leaders to connect and think out loud.
We hosted this the night before the AMDETUR Congress because the timing was right. You have the entire vacation ownership industry in one place. But the real moment was Sunday evening at Limantour, when sixty-five people showed up ready to talk about what is actually working, what is hard, and what comes next.

We expected a crowded room. More than 65 showed up. The energy was unlike anything we had seen at an event in Mexico, with conversations running until the bar closed, founders and operators asking Chatti about their own businesses, and a whole lot of connections made right as the vacation ownership industry was gathering for AMDETUR.
The room was a mix: resort operators, hospitality leaders, marketing executives, tech founders, data leaders, people building the future of hospitality. The conversations were real. The connections stuck.

The Venue

Set in the heart of Polanco, Licorería Limantour is a long-running fixture on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, and a large part of why Mexico City sits on the world cocktail map at all. The room is all walnut columns, lit Art Deco lanterns and a long granite bar that opens straight onto Oscar Wilde, a few streets from Parque Lincoln.
It delivered exactly what we hoped for: elevated cocktails, a calm room, and a space that kept the focus on the people in it.
